Whether your passion is engineering, business, science, or the arts, the Institute for Leadership and Innovation has something for you. Programs in the Institute provide myriad opportunities for students to grow, challenge themselves, and work with and learn from others.

Students from all academic disciplines are welcome. The Institute for Leadership and Innovation is home to Michigan Tech's Enterprise programs, the Pavlis Institute for Global Technological Leadership, and outreach inititatives to facilitate STEM-learning opportunities. Institute programs provide avenues for students to work on multi-disciplinary teams, think creatively to solve real-world problems, assume roles of leadership, and market resultant products and ideas. Through our programs, students "create the future."
